The seminar is based on the current version of the CMMI (Version 1.2) The CMMI is a framework with several representations that organisations can use to evaluate their ability to develop and maintain systems.
Overview of the CMMI helps participants understand how to use the CMMI framework to improve an organization’s system and software-related process areas. The course is helpful in identifying issues that should be addressed in undertaking a process improvement effort.
