Description
This course introduces students to the basic technical concepts of Project Management. The course intents to provide an overview of the different techniques needed to perform Project Management succesfully. The course uses information from PMI-PMBOK® Guide and PRINCE2® but does not go in depth into these standards. The course setup is a dynamic, interactive sequence of discussing Project Management topics and applying these topics to a case story or your own project. Students will have a good understanding of the different areas a Project Manager needs to address to manage a project with success and some basic hands-on experience on how to apply these techniques
