Description
This course provides a thorough, in depth insight in all the need-to-knows of PRINCE2®.
PRINCE2® is analysed and all possible aspects discussed to assure that participants understand the full power of PRINCE2® and know how to apply PRINCE2® in all circumstances.
The course prepares the participant also very well to succeed int the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam, which is run one week after the last day of the course in the evening
The teacher is especially selected for the sound knowledge in project management practices and the implementation of PRINCE2® in particular.
Prerequisite
To receive the PRINCE2® Practitioner certification, you must have obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation certificate and pass the Practitioner exam with sufficient points 180+/360
Goal
This course is designed to teach students the full power of PRINCE2® in projects and to provide sufficient information to succeed the exam!
Content
The course provides an overview of all aspects of PRINCE2®. The course is a practical course. Students have to perform PRINCE2® the whole time
under guidance of the course leader.
