From our experience to date, deployment of process assets into project teams is the most difficult task in any improvement program and one that is normally underestimated.
This one-day seminar positions deployment in the process improvement road map, discusses the entry criteria, factors to consider, building the infrastructure, governance of the deployment program, deployment approaches, key contents of a deployment plan, a typical WBS, and cultural change management activities. The seminar will also share lessons learnt from deployments and outline the dos and donts of deploying processes.
