Description
When implementing proceses to achieve the Maturity level 2 of the Staged Representation of the CMMi® standard (See Partners), an organisation can make use of PRINCE2™ in order to streamline the implementation.
This course intends to clarify for such an organisation how PRINCE2™ can be related to CMMi®-ML2, where there are similarities, where are the holes, and what is a practical interpretation of both standards that adds as much as possible value.
The course starts with a brief overview of the CMMi standard and of the PRINCE2™ standard. The course then follows the CMMi®-ML2 requirements in order to identify how PRINCE2™ can be used to implement this ML2 level.
