In the workshop, participants review typical activities and work products for portfolio management, and they define their own portfolio management process. Using examples of industry practices for establishing portfolio strategies, rating and ranking projects, selecting projects for execution, and monitoring projects, the team identifies its own approach to the key activities needed now for its organization
