Pronohau's Solution
A process will not be effective if staff are not trained in order to provide the ability they need to perform. This ultimately impacts productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, in seeking the equilibrium between people, process and technology amateurism becomes the norm when there is process and technology but no skills training for the staff.
Pronohau's workshop materials have been designed and developed to ensure that participants are able to use the contents immediately they get back to the desks. We aim to deliver total knowledge transfer to ensure staff have the ability to perform the processes at the required time and reduce the dependency on coaching support. We will deliver this through a role based just-in-time approach , supported by coaching and mentoring and facilitated by a coordination of train the trainers.
